First thing i noticed was the bad smell as i was making my way to their front door, second thing was that for a headstart that's located at a park i would highly want front and back door locked at all times. Considering all that we hear on the news i want my child to be safe. Third of all i called a week ahead of time to schedule an appointment which was placed for today at 11:30 i got there at 11:15 i asked for billy and some other lady told me he wasnt there. As i argued on how that was possible if i had scheduled an appointment and i hadn't even received a call for him to reschedule, her answer was "oh, he must have forgot". i will Never go back, Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was here for head start in 2005 around there and I remember that it was always fun!
