The quality of work this company provides is exemplary. They have a great team who cares about their community. Dave Jr. is a primary example of someone who loves his work and loves providing the best service to his customers. I manage a large property - 376 units and he has been through every step with us in the past two years. Not only does he ensure good quality work is provided but he also is always super excited to take on new successful challenges for his customers and his team. He honestly reminds me of home - where me and my siblings were always excited to learn new things and work on cars with my dad. I see how much he loves his job and in creating new solutions for all equipment!

If I would have been able to give this place zero stars I would have. Do not do business with this place! I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning and was quoted for $150. The Tech who did the cleaning was in my house for 20-30min and ended up over charging a total of $400! For a 20 min vent cleaning! As if that wasn’t bad enough they stole my card info as I paid over the phone ended up purchasing over $100 from a Mexican restaurant 2 miles from their location. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I have filed a police report and it’s under investigation but I thought I’d warn everyone thinking of doing business with them. Be aware!

I bought a brand news AC/heating unit, but the heater stopped working twice already in two months time! I only have the unit for 4 months. They are helpful and come to fix it but I should be working since us new! I don’t know if I got a faulty unit!

We called the company on Saturday night as AC quit working suddently. It was probably the worst day of the year you want to go without AC as it was 110 degrees out. Fortunately they were able to schedule us the next day between 8 and 10 pm. At first I was skeptical about the timing and didn't think someone would actually show up. Well Josh showed up and he provided his service and work nicely and professionally. He not only got the work done but was willing to go beyond. We were very pleased with his service. He did not try to sell something expensive and unnecessary. Yet he gave his honest opinions and recommendation based on the facts. We highly recommend Josh to be your future technician if you ever need the service.

David Jr is my Hero... on the hottest day of the week my AC went out... A house full of kids and no relief in site... Advanced Tech 209 was assigned to my house by American Home Shield. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Shirley, one of the most polite person I spoke with and got appointment next day. Josh came to our house and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I asked Josh if he had all the parts he needed and I was pleasantly surprised that he had all 3 parts needed for the repair. Josh called AHS and got the authorization quickly and the whole job was done in couple of hours. Thank you Advanced Tech 209. Highly Recommended.
