As a Front Desk Coordinator and Dental Assistant, I truly enjoy working with Tab32 software. Here are some of the features I appreciate:
1. User-Friendly Interface: Compared to Eaglesoft and Dentrix, Tab32 is much easier to use and far less complicated. It eliminates the unnecessary features and clutter found in other software, which I find to be unnecessary. Adapting to Tab32 took some time initially, but now I absolutely love it. Switching to Tab32 feels like transitioning from Android to Apple—it’s a refreshing and streamlined experience.
2. Opportunities for Improvement: While I enjoy using Tab32, there are areas that could use improvement:
• Patient Information Integration: When patients complete their forms online, their information (such as address and medical history) should automatically populate their profile within Tab32. The current process can be slow when uploading new patient data.
• Chat Feature: The communication feature for staff is quite basic. Enhancing it with more robust functionality—similar to AIM or other modern messaging platforms—would significantly improve internal communication.

Overall, I have very few complaints about Tab32. It’s an excellent platform that I genuinely enjoy using every day.

As a dental hygienist, this is the worst software I have worked with to date. You can't view x-rays and type notes at the same time, loading x-rays has been a nightmare, errors pop up frequently that interrupt me from being able to save my notes. I genuinely enjoy my career, but this software is making my job miserable. I do believe the concept is great, but I just don't feel like the software was anywhere near ready to launch and go live with the number of errors we daily face.
