surprisingly fast response from Juanita.
I had to contact them to change some info for my report, sent an email also left a voice message on a Friday, I thought they were like other gov org, would take forever to get something done, but Juanita made the change on the following Monday and replied to my email. Amazing LADBS inspector later on asked me to change something again, sent an email to Juanita again, she made the change right away, amazing.
