Was looking into housing recently and thankfully the Hub was able to provide a lot of helpful information in the topic. One of the workers named Elise was great help as she not only provided information, but she also was friendly and was a great communicator. Elise is absolutely amazing! She was super sweet and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was a bit nervous about finding the right apartment, but Elise made everything so easy. She gave a thorough and informative tour of the apartments, answering all my questions with patience and kindness. I popped into the office on lease launch day and was immediately welcomed by the Hub team. They were eager to learn about me and my goals for housing and even more eager to help me accomplish them. I was immediately helped by David and let me tell you, this gentleman was the absolute sweetest heart and kindest individual that could have ever helped me. He was very accommodating and squeezed me in for a tour with short notice. He was incredible when giving the tour of the space and was so charismatic and charming, making the experience 10 times better. If you ever need assistance with getting a lease signed up as efficient and as smooth as possible, go to David! He's your guy! He was there helping and showing me the lease agreement through every obstacle and question I had! Thank you David

Most amazing staff I’ve seen at any Fullerton apartments. Jacob helped us out and he was amazing. Answered any questions we had no matter how tedious and with a positive attitude. He made us so much more excited to sign and we are now looking forward to next year so very much!

I wanted to learn more about the amenities at the the hub and overall pricing and Leena was the most helpful employee I have ever met. She walked me through everything and broke it down piece by piece. She was very caring and knew what she was talking about. You could tell she actually wanted the people interested in the hub to get the best situation possible. Overall, I love the hub and love Leena even more.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the team at The Hub Fullerton while looking for a new place to stay. I had several interactions with the associates there but the one that stood out the most was with Leena. Leena was extremely helpful right off the bat, and then she continued to be the one I communicated with through the rest of the process. She was very patient in answering all of my questions regarding the properties as I had many of them. She even walked me through the application process and helped me find my best options. She followed up with me with everything and was very detailed in each response which made the process a whole lot easier. This has been one of the best experiences in finding apartments I've ever had. The two associates who helped me, Brennan and Jacob, did an amazing job answering all my hard questions, were super nice and encouraging when changing my lease multiple times, and finally they went above and beyond in helping me find the best deals. Seriously, it couldn't of turned out better, thanks guys!!!
