This place has all these 5 stars for a reason! Very pleasant experience. Friendly and knowledgeable people.

I had BIOS issues on my laptop with an unresponsive black screen. Mr. Kero found me a better and cheaper solution than was recommended elsewhere.

The communication throughout the process was very reassuring and my laptop was fixed for cheaper than originally planned!

Excellent service! I had tried updating the bios on my laptop and the update failed resulting in my laptop failing to boot. I fully believed that I had bricked my motherboard but I decided “why not?” And took it to MediaVision. Low and behold he got it working the day after I brought it in. On top of that he gave text updates about the progress. I will definitely be coming back with any tech problems. Very reasonably priced too.

Absolutely amazing!! I accidentally deleted all the pictures of my nephews birthday party from my SD card and they were able to retrieve all 391 pictures for me! Amazing. So beyond grateful!
