I'm not a person that writes reviews, especially negative feedback. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to after my experience with Digsy. It started off great; at first, the broker and my Digsy representative appeared to be so friendly and helpful. However, after the broker sent me a shortlist and asked me to compile properties I was interested in - communication broke down. They promised that this process would be easy and I'd be touring spaces by the following week. However, that didn't happen. They just ignored me and didn't reach out. I tried to contact them numerous times and even I gave ample time to wait for responses. It's been over a month of waiting and still haven't seen a single space or even an informational flyer. I told my Digsy representative of the situation and they just responded that their brokers/experts were all too busy and I would have to resume the search on my own. I'm extremely disappointed in this service. I had high hopes but alas, I get the indication that they don't care about their small & local business clients.

This is one of those online services that seems too good to be true. In fact at first, I thought "what's the angle"? But there was no angle. Digsy simply creates an interface that matches tenants to available listings in their area. It is so much more efficient that having to go through indexes and then individual brokers. After running around in vain for days looking at properties for an R&D space, I came across Digsy through an internet search. Within two hours I received 2 pages of property listings within my immediate area that were all to my specification. We ended up leasing the first property that was shown to us by the Digsy associate, who was by the way very polite, prompt and professional. Incredibly, our new rental property is less than 3 miles from our home office. We were helped through the lease process and given a list of guidelines for city business license, fire dept. inspection, etc. I can't say enough about how well the Digsy service worked out for us. When we'll need to expand the R&D facility we will be looking to them to help us find a larger space. Digsy provided Connectifier with dozens of tailored suggestions for our new office space. As a startup, we wanted an exciting and modern space, which was difficult to find amongst the cubicle farms prominent in the area. Digsy provided us a free and easy way to get a sense of what was out there and narrow down our search quickly. We're excited to be moving into a new 6,600 sq. ft. space with a Spanish mission-style resort feel that we can customize to fit our needs and was suggested to us on Digsy.

I don't usually write reviews but when I encounter a product or service that truly surpasses the status quo, I will do so out of respect. Digsy is a service that will work for you and ensure that you have the best property leasing experience, contract terms that benefit the lesee, along with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

After I exhausted all resources available to a consumer for commercial property searches and was unable to find a property that I liked I then resorted to contacting several local brokerages to see if they would represent me as a client.

However due to the small size of my specifications (1800 sqft) and in the midst of what is an 8-year low in commercial property inventory, I was met with a lot of reluctance to take me on.

At my wits end I turned to Digsy not sure what to expect. I was blown away by the level of attention I received. Digsy is a client forwarding service. They have hand picked a group of brokers with each broker specializing in certain areas and property sizes. They will qualify which broker will best suit you by asking general questions about the specifications of the property you are looking for, the area you are looking in, your budget, etc.

I worked with Jeff Hakim, a phenomenal broker who treated me with the same respect and attention as someone leasing a space 5x bigger than I would have been treated. I was reached out to personally by the CEO of Digsy multiple times to check up on my experience and to ensure that I was being properly attended to by my broker.

After about 2 weeks of viewing properties and negotiating contract terms I was finally able to secure a property within my exact specifications as well as terms that I would have never been able to obtain on my own.

Digsy far surpassed my expectations in a leasing experience and I will use them again, and again, and again in all my future commercial lease searches. I highly recommend anybody looking for a commercial property who wants to work with a highly experienced, dilligent, and attentive team, to use Digsy!

Digsy did a terrific job with our warehouse needs. Before Digsy, we had an extremely difficult time dealing with realtors who were not pro active and made us feel less important. We were lucky enough to have Dave Carlsen who made this process easier and faster. With the minimal time given to him, he was able to pull through. What he promised, he actually delivered. Realtors should take a lesson from this guy. Thank you, Dave. And thanks to Andrew, too, who followed up with us thoroughly.

Digsy pulls information through "partner sites" which they claim accountable for any errors. Their information is outdated and it is impossible to search for a broker listing and confirm properties are up to date. We receive calls on listings that are 3+ years old and do not appreciate Digsy pulling our information and having no way of updating it. They have noted they are "working on it". Not accurate and not on top of their backed issues for their site.

Digsy's was easy to use and the service they provided was exceptional. Their agents were very responsive and professional and they found a 5,400 sq. ft. commercial space that met our specific needs in less than two weeks. They also provided great advice in negotiating and closing our lease deal. Overall an a outstanding experience.
