The man that came to unlock the bottom lock of a door, blocking my view from the knob/door, cornered himself by the door and acted like he was working (personal opinion), and 45 seconds later, the door was open. 45 seconds costed $320. My husband and I waited outside in the parking lot for over 30 minutes and his car was parked just a few feet away (we didn’t know who this car was) and he sat there for like 10 minutes until he called us to let us know he was there. If “time at the location” is calculated in any way to how much they charge, in my opinion, that is how they are charging whatever amount they want for the smallest job. My advice is to not use this service, call someone else. It’s a wild amount to pay for 45 second job (if it actually needed to take that long).

Update: the business owner replied to this review by saying they “can’t find a record of this job”, but called the phone number on file, stated a name, and the city the job was in. I told him that I was at work and he said “fine I’ll call you on Sunday”. No you will not, there is nothing to discuss. Reviews are freedom of speech, do not spam call customers (multiple times) for not having a positive opinion of your business. We simply will not use it again. Easy as that.

I was charged $435 in July for a copy of my key and to pop open my door since my keys were stuck in my trunk.

I was disappointed they couldn’t get me a new key fob since that’s what I had requested. They did try but he said my car might already be at its max and to take back to deal shop to erase one.

Apparently they gave me $30 off but I steal feel scammed.

I’d love to hear others comparison price for the same type of job. This was the first time I needed a locksmith so maybe that’s just how prices are ?

I called for a lockout in my Toyota Camry and she told me her technician is available Sunday 10/6 it’s Friday 10/4 and I’m 8 month pregnant and she said there is nothing they can do even though they are 24 hours and you need an appointment. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS PLACE
