THE very best experience I‘ve ever had with any business. After reading his glorious reviews, I made my initial call and received a gracious offer of a less expensive “workaround” to my problem than coming to his shop. I decided I just wanted to meet this guy and let him have a go with my laptop’s WiFi. Problem solved ten minutes later and a very modest charge, he has my business for life. Update 22 May 24: It should be obvious that my computer issues have not been serious. But a businessman with less integrity could have taken advantage of my most recent issue, a blank screen. Again, Chris delayed his lunch long enough to suggest a few remedies for me to try. The first one worked deepening my appreciation for his help and wisdom. God bless this man and his business.

I had questions about the store wondering if it was strictly computers. Chris answered and replied "yes what is it you need worked on." I said "I looked up online for ps4 repairs. Your shop came up." He gave me some recommendations with out me asking for them. Chris knows what the customer wants. If my computer breaks I know where I'm going.

Went in for a diagnosis of the computer system and Chris was beyond helpful, he made my day so much better!! Chris provided recommendations for future hardware upgrades, listened to all the potential problems and steps that were taken to fixing them, and followed up with a solution to the problem. Fixed it in under 10 minutes and will definitely be getting a word of mouth for his niche, in the information technology field.

Pros: Great company policies, gives a welcoming attitude that illuminates more of a guest atmosphere rather than a customer atmosphere, honest and upfront technician, answers phone calls in a timely manner and fair pricing for quality technical work.

Cons: None at this time, first visit to this repair but will leave a review every time this repair shop is visited.
