My mom passed away suddenly and I had no idea what do even do. I stumbled upon high desert funeral chapel and cremation. We loved that they are family owned unlike shady Dignity. I was very very impressed with the professionalism. They literally took care of everything. Renee was amazing and so compassionate throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My grandfather just passed this week and we went through the same company but the Rialto location. We had the same amazing experience. Pricing is not bad at all. High recommend

I lost my mom 10/24/204, there is no other way to put this, I truly believe that God put certain people in your life at the right time. Ms. René was professional and there with me through the whole process. She was kind and compassionate. The chapel was clean the service from Isiah that was helping with my mom's memorial was extremely helpful. Ms. René was there at every hiccup I was having trying to put my mother at rest. She feels like a big sister that I wish I had.
If your on a budget this place is cost friendly to families that don't have million dollar policies. I don't hope to see them anytime soon but they will definitely be the 1st people I call if I ever needed too. Thank you Ms. René <3

Absolutely deplorable. My military son was not allowed to see his father - despite them promising us they would make it work! They were even going to charge and additional $800 to do so and I was going to pay as it’s his desire to see his dad that he hasn’t seen in a year due to his duty station. So supremely disappointing and unprofessional. Definitely not a place for military families - my opinion, not a place for anyone to trust with their loved ones - so sad.
